My role as head of GBP Commercial is to acquire and dispose of commercial properties in the UK. These have included warehouses, doctors’ surgeries, church halls and shopping centers to name but a few. Whatever your commercial property needs, I will be happy to help.

I have been in the property business since the early 1980s and gained a vast amount of experience within the Residential, Commercial and Property Acquisitions Sector.

Finding the right property for a buyer, or finding an owner their buyer gives me the greatest pleasure of all, as that is what the business is all about, and has not changed since I started over 35 years ago.

Gone are the days when we would wait for property details in the post or look in the local papers. We have all moved forward into the digital age
and with the internet, we can showcase your properties with our professional photographs and floorplans, together with property details. We can now email to our clients details straight away and also advertise on property portals, Facebook and Instagram. Everyone wants an instant response.

I still enjoy seeing the look on a buyers face when I show them the property they have been looking for and calling an owner to tell them that their property has exchanged. This is what makes this business GREAT.
