These clients are prepared to pay the right money for a site or a commercial unit, if it meets their requirements. It makes our job so much easier and more rewarding and means that if a vendor comes to us with a specific property/site, we know instantly the right people to go to in order to facilitate an offer for the vendor.
Because of our relationships with developers and investors, once they have bought a site and built it out or purchased a commercial site, they then come back to us and we, in turn, can provide opportunities for the sales or rental departments, thus keeping the relationship going with our clients – from the sale of the property or site to the sale or letting of the properties. It’s an extremely satisfying part of the job.
