I have headed up GBP Lettings for over 16 years and have lived in Havering for over 33 years. What we will do for you

We will visit your property and provide you with a fixed amount every month that will be paid into your bank account it is as simple as that.

This will include:

• Setup fee to include GBP Estates 28 points before a tenant is allowed to move into your property
• Monthly management fee
• Guaranteed Rent Policy
• Inventory report
• Deposit registration with the Deposit Protection Scheme
• Two property inspections per year
