I have headed up GBP Lettings for over 10 years and have lived in Havering for over 20 years. My knowledge of the area allows me to advise tenants on all aspects of our community and what it has to offer, as well as informing landlords on the best way to achieve the highest possible rents.

Tenants in today’s market can be a challenge as, in general, they know the law better than landlords. Tenants want a premium service and yet there has been an alarming increase in fraudulent applications. I make it a priority to check bank statements, look thoroughly at online profiles, and contact previous landlords where references have been provided. I won’t leave any stone unturned when looking into prospective tenants, and in that way, I can help protect our landlords.
