In 1988 I became a Financial Advisor for a major UK Life Insurance company meeting the needs of clients for Life and Pensions Investment Advice.

In 1995 I set up my own practice and with the support of highly motivated team we focused on property and mortgages in the Buy-to-Let and Commercial Property market. During that time I have won many awards for Sales Achievements, Services and Technology and for Innovation to Clients. I became a member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS).

In 2009 Julie and I expanded our company to open up GBP Estates. All those years later I still enjoy the day-to-day running of the sales and lettings department and the fact that I can offer landlords a bespoke and wide-ranging service in the area of Buy to Let Mortgages, that includes (where needed) financial advice and, of course, information on lettings service.

In 2011 we developed our services even further and set up GBP Developments focusing on acquisition and selling of commercial and residential property. This brand offers developers opportunities to purchase or sell on land with or without planning permission. Today our group offers property owners, tenants and developers’ advice on all estate-related issues and it's still a priority for me to be available 7 days a week - I know we all lead busy lives and out of office hours are important to our clients.
